They’re available to address your engineering questions at stage of design, manufacturing, assembly, testing and integration. Upon request, the engineering support team provides customers with NPI (New Product Introduction) feedback related to manufacturability issues, cost reductions and the transfer from the prototype stage to regular production. We will perform the PCB Design Rule Check before the production with no extra cost. We will work with you to resolve the non-conforming findings for your PCB board design. This process will ensure that your boards are standards compliant. Our job does not end with delivery. We follow up with our customers and provide exceptional after sales support.
